Welcome, all cyclists and families to the historic city of Circleville, Ohio.  Check this web page often to view new activities and exciting events planned for your stay in Circleville.  We hope your stay will be an enjoyable one, please make yourselves at home in our town.

As you arrive on Wednesday, you will immediately be greeted with music and cheering by volunteers at our brand new Visitors Center.  Please plan to make a quick pit stop at the Visitors Center for a small gift, and a friendly welcome from our volunteers and staff.  The Circleville High School campsite (GOBAville) is a quick five minute ride away!

Wednesday evening be sure to check out the live music at the High School featuring a couple of great local Jazz and Oldies bands.  As always there will be delicious food entrees provided by our school booster clubs available on site along with various other activities.

For those wanting to venture downtown for other food options, our local restaurants, churches, cafes and bars will be ready to welcome you with open arms.  Each October Circleville hosts "The Circleville Pumpkin Show" which is the 6th largest festival in the United States attracting up to 400,000 people, so we are great at entertaining visitors.

Thursday is a rest day, with two awesome optional bike routes into the Hocking Hills.  You can choose from either a 50 or 100 mile loop.  Also, the GOBA 5K RUN/WALK will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.  Click here to download the printable registration form.  Contact Joan Stolarz by email with any questions about the 5K.

Of course, should you choose to really rest, there will be several activities available on site throughout the day from face-painting for the kids, sand volleyball, movies, tennis or just plain relaxing.  Take a trip downtown on your bike or on our shuttle service, and relax the day away at the Ted Lewis Park city pool.  Enjoy a walking tour of local historic sites, and visit our local restaurants for flavorful fare.

On Thursday evening, Circleville presents the GOBA Block Party from 4pm--9pm in downtown Circleville.  Drop in for the live band, and be sure to grab up some burgers, hotdogs, and other picnic style fixin's (vegetarian options available), with thirst quenching options for everyone from kids to adults.
